Security Awareness Training
People remain the most common way in, but a yearly slideshow does little to change what they do on a busy Tuesday. Our program is short, role-based and continuous: brief lessons, realistic phishing simulations and clear ways to report suspicious messages. We measure behavior over time and report improvement to leadership in plain terms. Results arrive in a form auditors and insurers accept as evidence of due care.
Annual training does not change behavior
Staff are trained once, forget by spring, and meet a polished phishing message in summer. Compliance is satisfied while risk stays the same.
Finance teams, executives and administrators face different threats than the rest of the company, yet usually receive identical generic content.
What’s in scope
- Role-based curriculum for staff, finance, executives and IT
- Monthly micro-lessons of a few minutes each
- Phishing and voice-phishing simulations
- One-click reporting button for suspicious email
- New hire onboarding module
- Tailored content for regulated sectors
Method
How the work runs
- 1
Baseline
An initial simulation measures how many people click, enter credentials or report, giving a true starting point.
- 2
Teach
Short lessons target the scenarios most relevant to each role and the threats we see in your sector.
- 3
Practice
Simulated attacks of varying difficulty run through the year, with instant coaching for anyone who is caught.
- 4
Measure
Quarterly reports track reporting rates and repeat risk, and we adjust content where behavior lags.
Will staff find this annoying?
Lessons are brief and respectful. The aim is helping people feel confident, not catching them out.
Do you punish people who click?
No. We coach at the moment of the click and encourage reporting. A culture that reports early finds problems sooner.
Does it satisfy compliance requirements?
Yes. Records support SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA and cyber insurance evidence requests.
How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on headcount and program depth and is scoped per engagement. Request a consultation for a proposal.
