Solution
Find the weaknesses before attackers do
A scanner can list ten thousand findings; it cannot tell you which twenty will get you breached. We run continuous scanning across endpoints, servers, network and cloud, rank every finding by real-world exploitability and business impact, and stay with you until the fix is verified.
- 24/7
- Visibility of new exposure
- 100%
- Of fixes verified by rescan
- 1 list
- Of risk-ranked priorities, not thousands of findings
A long list is not a plan
New vulnerabilities are published daily, and attackers weaponize the serious ones quickly. Teams that patch by calendar, or by whatever the scanner marks red, spend effort on low-risk items while an exposed internet-facing system stays open.
The hard part is not scanning. It is knowing what you own, deciding what to fix first, getting changes approved without breaking production, and proving afterwards that the flaw is actually gone.
- Unknown assets never get scanned or patched
- Raw severity scores ignore exposure and exploit activity
- Patches stall because no one owns the change window
- Auditors ask for proof of remediation, not just scan reports
How it works
Vulnerability Management, step by step
- 1
Discover assets
We build a live inventory of servers, endpoints, network devices, cloud workloads and internet-facing systems, including the ones nobody remembered to register.
- 2
Scan continuously
Authenticated and agent-based scans run on a schedule suited to each asset class, with external scans from an attacker point of view.
- 3
Prioritize by risk
Findings are ranked using exploit availability, exposure, asset criticality and compensating controls, producing a short list that your team can actually finish.
- 4
Remediate and verify
We route fixes to the right owners, support patching and configuration changes, then rescan to confirm each item is closed.
- 5
Track and report
Trend reporting shows exposure falling over time, aging items that need escalation and exceptions that need a signed risk decision.
Included
What’s included
- Asset discovery and continuous inventory
- Internal, external and cloud configuration scanning
- Risk-based prioritization with exploitability context
- Remediation tickets with clear owners and due dates
- Patch coordination and change-window planning
- Post-fix verification scans
- Exception and risk-acceptance register
- Audit-ready remediation evidence
Reporting
A monthly report shows open findings by risk, time-to-remediate, aging items and exposure trend, with a one-page executive summary. Critical newly exploited vulnerabilities are flagged to your named contacts as soon as they affect your assets, not at the next report.

Results with this solution
Will scanning disrupt our systems?
We schedule scans outside peak hours and use safe settings for fragile systems such as legacy servers and plant equipment. Anything sensitive is agreed with you before it is scanned.
Do you apply the patches too?
Yes, if you want us to. Many clients have us patch through our managed IT service; others have their team apply fixes while we prioritize, track and verify.
How do you handle systems that cannot be patched?
We recommend compensating controls such as segmentation, virtual patching or tighter access, and record the decision in the exception register with a review date.
How is this different from a penetration test?
A penetration test is a point-in-time attempt to break in. Vulnerability management is the ongoing discipline of finding and closing weaknesses. We recommend both and use test results to sharpen priorities.
