Where we work
Our head office is in San Jose, California. Most services are delivered remotely to clients anywhere, and when work needs hands on equipment, we send engineers on site across North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific.
How delivery works across regions
Monitoring, service desk, security operations, cloud engineering and advisory are delivered remotely by our team from San Jose and distributed locations, so time zone and geography do not determine the level of service you receive.
For installations, infrastructure refreshes, site surveys, incident response and office moves, on-site engineering is provided by our own engineers where we have coverage and by vetted field partners elsewhere. Partners work to our standards, procedures and security requirements, and we remain accountable for the outcome.
