Solution
Move to the cloud without stopping the business
Cloud pays off when the right workloads move in the right order, onto a landing zone built for security and cost control. We assess what you run today, plan migration in manageable waves with a tested way back, and tune the result so your bill and performance improve after cutover.

Lift-and-shift without a plan gets expensive
Moving servers as they are can reproduce every old problem at a higher monthly price. Undocumented dependencies break at cutover, security settings default to open, and no one owns cost until the first surprising invoice.
A better path starts with discovery, decides what to retire, rehost, refactor or keep, and lays a governed foundation before the first workload arrives.
- Hidden application dependencies cause failed cutovers
- Cloud spend climbs with no owner or budget guardrails
- Default configurations leave storage and ports exposed
- Staff skills lag behind the platform they now run
How it works
Cloud Migration, step by step
- 1
Discover and assess
Tooling and interviews map servers, applications, dependencies, data volumes and licensing, producing a readiness view and a business case.
- 2
Build the landing zone
We establish accounts or subscriptions, networking, identity, logging, security baselines and cost controls before anything moves.
- 3
Plan the waves
Workloads are grouped by dependency and risk, each with a migration pattern, cutover plan, test criteria and rollback.
- 4
Migrate and validate
We move each wave, run agreed acceptance tests with your business users and keep the source environment until you sign off.
- 5
Optimize and hand over
We right-size resources, apply savings plans where they fit, document the environment and train your team or take over operations.
Included
What’s included
- Application and infrastructure discovery with dependency mapping
- Cloud readiness assessment and migration business case
- Secure landing zone design and build
- Wave plans with rollback and communication steps
- Data and workload migration execution
- Post-migration security and performance validation
- Cost governance, tagging and budget alerts
- Runbooks, training and optional managed operations
Reporting
During the project you receive a weekly status report covering wave progress, risks and decisions needed, with a steering summary at each milestone. After cutover, monthly cost and performance reports show spend against budget and opportunities to optimize.

How do we choose between AWS, Azure and Google Cloud?
We compare them against your applications, licensing, skills and compliance needs. Many clients already lean towards Azure through Microsoft 365, but the assessment decides, not habit.
Will our users notice the migration?
Cutovers are scheduled in agreed windows, and most users notice only that applications run faster. We communicate ahead of every wave and keep rollback ready.
Should we move everything?
Not necessarily. Some systems are better retired, replaced with SaaS or kept on-premises for latency or regulatory reasons. We recommend per workload and explain why.
Can you run the environment afterwards?
Yes. Clients can take operations in-house with our training and runbooks, or have our managed cloud team monitor, patch and optimize it.
