Accessibility Statement
Last updated November 5, 2026
vinemobile wants everyone to be able to use vinemobile.net, including people who use assistive technology or have temporary or permanent disabilities. We design and test the site to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.
1. Our commitment
Accessibility is part of how we design and build, not a late-stage fix. Our target is conformance with WCAG 2.2 Level AA across public pages, forms and the website assistant. We treat accessibility defects as bugs and prioritize them accordingly.
2. Measures we take
To support accessibility we:
- Use semantic HTML, headings and landmarks so screen readers can navigate pages
- Provide visible focus indicators and full keyboard operation of menus, forms and dialogs
- Maintain color contrast that meets AA ratios for text and interface components
- Offer text alternatives for meaningful images and label every form field
- Respect the reduced-motion preference and avoid content that flashes
- Support zooming and reflow to 400 percent without loss of content
3. How we test
We combine automated checks with manual review. Testing covers keyboard-only navigation, screen reader behavior on common browsers, zoom and reflow, and reduced motion settings. We repeat these checks when we release significant changes to templates, forms or navigation.
4. Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some content may not yet fully meet the standard. Documents such as downloadable guides may need an accessible alternative on request, and embedded video content may have limitations in captions or transcripts. We are working to resolve these and will update this statement as we do.
5. Compatibility
The site is designed to work with current versions of major browsers and with common assistive technologies, including screen readers, screen magnifiers and voice control. If something does not work with your setup, please tell us.
6. Report an accessibility barrier
If you encounter a barrier or need content in another format, use the contact form on vinemobile.net and choose the topic "General enquiry". Please describe the page, what you were trying to do, and the browser or assistive technology you use. We publish no email address so that every report is logged and tracked.
7. What to expect
We acknowledge accessibility reports within one business day and aim to provide an alternative way to access the information or service quickly while we work on a permanent fix. We will keep you informed of progress when you ask us to.
8. Ongoing review
We review this statement and our accessibility practices regularly and whenever we make significant changes to the site. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
