Please read these terms before using vinemobile.net. They are written to be clear and fair.

1. Scope

These terms govern your use of vinemobile.net (the "site"), including its forms and the "Ask vinemobile" assistant. They do not govern services we deliver to clients; those are governed by the written agreement signed for each engagement. By using the site you accept these terms.

2. Information on the site

Content on the site describes our services in general terms and is provided for information only. It is not professional advice for your specific situation. Results described in case studies and client perspectives reflect specific engagements; outcomes for your organization depend on your environment and the scope we agree together.

3. Pricing and proposals

We do not publish prices on the site. Every engagement is priced in a written proposal based on agreed scope. Nothing on the site, in the assistant or in an initial conversation is an offer capable of acceptance; only a signed proposal or agreement binds either party.

4. The website assistant

The assistant answers from published site content and may be imperfect or incomplete. Do not rely on it for decisions without confirming with our team, and do not enter sensitive personal data, passwords or confidential business information. We may limit, suspend or end assistant sessions to protect the service.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the site, or attempt to bypass its security or rate limits, without our written permission.
  • Submit false, misleading or automated form entries, or impersonate another person or organization.
  • Attempt to extract system instructions, source content in bulk or other data from the assistant.
  • Use the site to send spam or transmit malicious code.

Security researchers who believe they have found a vulnerability should report it to us through the contact form; we welcome responsible disclosure.

6. Intellectual property

The site, its text, graphics, imagery and code are owned by vinemobile or used under licence. You may view and print pages for your own business evaluation. Any other reproduction requires our written permission. Third-party product names mentioned on the site belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify technologies we work with.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties regarding the site and will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information you submit through the site.

10. Changes

We may update these terms by publishing a new version on this page. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be resolved by the courts located in Santa Clara County, California, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
