Solution

A security operations center you don't have to build

Attackers do not keep office hours, and most mid-market teams cannot staff three shifts of analysts. Our SOC watches your endpoints, identities, cloud and network around the clock, investigates what matters, and acts on agreed playbooks, so your people wake up to a short, plain-English summary instead of an incident.

Why alerts alone do not protect you

Most organizations already own security tools that generate more alerts than anyone can read. The gap is not detection software; it is people who can triage at 2 a.m., tell a real intrusion from noise, and contain it before it spreads.

Hiring and retaining a full analyst rota is rarely realistic below enterprise scale. A managed SOC gives you that coverage, plus the tuning, threat hunting and incident discipline that a one- or two-person security function cannot sustain alone.

  • Alert fatigue buries the one signal that matters
  • Out-of-hours attacks run unchecked until Monday morning
  • Logs sit in separate tools with no one correlating them
  • Insurers and auditors now ask for evidence of continuous monitoring

How it works

SOC Services, step by step

  1. 1

    Onboard and baseline

We connect your endpoint, identity, email, cloud and network telemetry, map your critical assets and learn what normal looks like in your environment.

  2. 2

    Tune detection

Detection rules are matched to the threats relevant to your sector and stack, then tuned against your own traffic so analysts see fewer, better alerts.

  3. 3

    Monitor and triage

Analysts watch around the clock, investigate each alert, enrich it with context and close false positives without bothering you.

  4. 4

    Contain and respond

For confirmed threats we follow containment playbooks you approved in advance, such as isolating a device or disabling an account, and hand you a clear incident record.

  5. 5

    Review and improve

Each month we review incidents, hunt for hidden activity and recommend changes that close the gaps attackers used or tried.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Anything else? Send us a message or ask our assistant.

Do we need to replace our existing security tools?

Usually not. We work with the tools you already run, such as Microsoft Defender or CrowdStrike, and connect them to a central platform. If a gap exists, we recommend a fix and you decide.

Can your SOC take action, or only send alerts?

Both, within limits you set. For defined situations, such as a compromised account or an infected laptop, we contain the threat using playbooks you approved. Anything outside those limits we escalate to your named contacts first.

How is a managed SOC different from a managed antivirus service?

Antivirus blocks known malware on one device. A SOC correlates signals from identities, email, cloud and network, hunts for attackers who evade tools, and manages the response end to end.

How long does onboarding take?

Timelines depend on how many data sources you connect and how clean your logging is. We agree a schedule during scoping and begin monitoring the highest-value sources first.

What does it cost?

Pricing is scoped per engagement, based on your environment and coverage needs. Request a consultation and we will prepare a fixed-scope proposal.
