How many days per month do we need?
It depends on maturity and activity. We agree a cadence at the start and adjust it as the program stabilizes.
Will the vCISO work with our team?
Yes. They direct and support your engineers and managers, and your own people remain the day-to-day owners.
Can the vCISO sign off for regulators?
They can serve as the named security lead where permitted. Regulatory details vary, so we confirm requirements early.
