What access do you need to our tenant?
Read-only reader roles for the review. We never need passwords, and access is granted through delegated roles you can revoke at any time.
Will you change settings during the review?
No. The review is read-only. Changes happen afterward, in agreed batches with rollback plans, if you ask us to implement them.
Does this work with Business Premium and E3 or E5 licenses?
Yes. We tailor recommendations to the licenses you own and flag features already paid for but unused, as well as places where a license upgrade would materially reduce risk.
