Solution
When systems fail, your business keeps moving
Backups only matter if you can restore from them quickly, under pressure, with the right people. We define how fast each system must return, build recovery that meets those targets, protect backups from ransomware, and rehearse the whole thing until it works on a bad day.

Most recovery plans have never been tested
A binder of procedures and a nightly backup job feel like preparation. Then a ransomware attack encrypts the backups too, a cloud region goes down, or the one person who knew the restore order is on holiday.
Recovery succeeds when targets are agreed with the business in advance, copies are isolated from attackers, and the team has practiced. We build all three, so the first real restore is not also the first attempt.
- Nobody has agreed how long each system may be down
- Backups sit on the same network attackers will reach
- Restore steps live in someone's head
- Cyber insurers and regulators now ask for recovery evidence
How it works
Disaster Recovery, step by step
- 1
Analyze impact
We work with business owners to rank systems by impact, then set recovery time and recovery point objectives for each one.
- 2
Design the architecture
We choose replication, backup and failover patterns across on-premises and cloud that meet each objective at a sensible cost.
- 3
Build and protect
Backups are made immutable and isolated, replication is configured and monitoring confirms every job completes successfully.
- 4
Document runbooks
Step-by-step recovery procedures, contact trees and decision points are written so any trained person can follow them.
- 5
Test and refine
We run restore tests and full failover drills on a schedule, record actual recovery times and fix whatever fell short.
Included
What’s included
- Business impact analysis and recovery objectives per system
- Backup and replication design for on-premises, cloud and SaaS
- Immutable, off-site and logically air-gapped backup copies
- Daily backup monitoring with failed-job remediation
- Documented recovery runbooks and communication plans
- Scheduled restore tests and annual failover exercises
- Ransomware recovery planning and clean-room restore options
- Evidence packs for auditors and cyber insurers
Reporting
Monthly reports show backup success rates, restore test results, measured recovery times against objectives and open gaps. After each drill you receive a written outcome report with corrective actions and owners.

What is the difference between RTO and RPO?
Recovery time objective is how long a system can be down. Recovery point objective is how much recent data you can afford to lose. Together they decide the cost and design of protection for each system.
Are our cloud and SaaS data already backed up?
Providers keep their platforms running, but you remain responsible for your data. Deleted mailboxes, overwritten files and ransomware-encrypted SaaS data often need independent backup, which we set up.
How do you protect backups from ransomware?
Copies are immutable, stored off-site in separate accounts with separate credentials, and tested regularly. Attackers who take over your domain should not be able to delete them.
Do drills interrupt the business?
We design tests to run in isolated networks or agreed windows. Full failover exercises are planned with business owners well ahead and have a defined rollback.
