Working with us
How does an engagement begin?
It starts with a consultation where we learn about your goals, environment and constraints. We then propose a scope, timeline and responsibilities in writing. Work begins once you approve it.
Do you work with organizations outside California?
Yes. Our head office is in San Jose, but we deliver remotely worldwide and provide on-site engineering across North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific through our own engineers and vetted field partners.
Can you work alongside our existing IT team or vendors?
Yes. Many engagements are co-managed. We define who owns what, document handoffs and share tooling access so your team and ours work from the same picture.
Who will we be working with day to day?
A named account lead coordinates delivery, supported by engineers and specialists from the relevant practice. You will know who to contact and how to escalate.
What happens if we decide to end the relationship?
Your documentation, data and credentials remain yours. We provide a structured handover so a new provider or your in-house team can continue without disruption.
Security & compliance
Do you provide 24/7 security monitoring?
Yes. Our security operations center monitors client environments around the clock, investigates alerts and acts under response playbooks agreed in advance.
Can you help us prepare for SOC 2 or ISO 27001?
Yes. We assess gaps, build the policies and controls, help you collect evidence and support you through the audit. The audit itself is performed by an independent firm.
How do you protect our data while working in our environment?
We apply least privilege, multi-factor authentication, logging and contractual confidentiality. Our practices are summarized in the trust center.
What if we suffer a security incident?
Contact us immediately through the contact form and tell us it is urgent. For managed security clients, our SOC begins containment under the agreed playbook while we coordinate with your leadership.
How do I report a vulnerability in your website?
Use the contact form with the topic "General enquiry". Our security disclosure policy describes scope, safe harbor and our response within 3 business days.
Managed services
What does your managed IT service include?
A 24/7 service desk, monitoring, patching, backup verification, device lifecycle management and regular reviews. The exact scope is agreed for each client.
What response times do you commit to?
Our average response time is under 15 minutes. Service levels by priority are written into each agreement and reported on regularly.
Can you support small teams as well as large organizations?
Yes. We have supported organizations from small teams to large multi-site enterprises, and scale the service model to fit.
How quickly can you take over from our current provider?
Timelines depend on environment complexity. We run a structured onboarding that documents the environment, addresses urgent risks first and avoids gaps in support.
Pricing & proposals
How much do your services cost?
Every engagement is scoped individually based on your environment, goals and service levels. Request a consultation and we will provide a clear proposal.
Do you offer fixed-price projects?
Project work is scoped per engagement, with defined deliverables and milestones. Request a consultation to discuss the structure that suits your project.
Are there hidden charges?
No. Proposals list what is included, what is not, and how changes are handled, so you can compare options with confidence. Scope is agreed per engagement; request a consultation for details.
How long does it take to receive a proposal?
After a short scoping conversation we aim to deliver a written proposal promptly. Timing depends on engagement complexity, and we will give you a date during the consultation.
Can we start with a small assessment?
Yes. Many clients begin with an assessment or review and expand from there. Each assessment is scoped per engagement; request a consultation to get started.
Careers
Where can I see open roles?
Current openings are listed on the careers page, with responsibilities, requirements and how to apply.
Do you hire remotely?
Many roles are remote or hybrid, with a hub in San Jose, California. Each posting states the location arrangement.
Do you support certifications and training?
Yes. We provide a training budget, paid exam time and mentoring so engineers can grow their credentials and skills.
What is the hiring process?
Typically an introductory conversation, a technical discussion relevant to the role, and a conversation with the team you would join. We aim to keep you informed at every stage.
