Directs framework readiness, audit support, vCISO services and third-party risk programs. Helps organizations achieve SOC 2, ISO 27001 and sector requirements by building controls that fit how teams work and produce evidence continuously, rather than only when an auditor asks.

Owns the service desk, monitoring and device lifecycle operations. Drives consistent onboarding, documented runbooks and service-level reporting so clients receive reliable support. Champions co-managed models that strengthen in-house teams instead of replacing them.
