What you will do
- Build landing zones, networks and identity integration using infrastructure as code
- Plan and execute workload migrations with minimal downtime
- Implement backup, disaster recovery and monitoring for cloud workloads
- Review environments for security posture and cost optimization opportunities
- Document designs and hand over runbooks to operations teams
- Support client architects and present recommendations in plain language
What you bring
- 3+ years engineering on Azure, AWS or both
- Experience with Terraform, Bicep or CloudFormation
- Solid grounding in networking, identity and virtual machine administration
- Familiarity with cloud security controls and logging
- Associate-level or higher cloud certification, or equivalent experience
Nice to have
- Experience with Kubernetes or containers
- Hybrid connectivity and SD-WAN knowledge
- FinOps or cost management experience
